how to cope your stress..

STRESS!stress!stress...

assignment...presentation...TEST...                                  
c0ming s00n....FINAL EXAM....
as a students...we must tried not to be stress...
how 2 cope this stress???
8.always smile...
here, i will shared about how to cope this problems...

tips....
1.  practice taking long..deep breaths..
2. takes regular breaks from your works.
3. avoid caffeine,which is stimulant.
4.eat a balance diet.
5.seek to find the positive in every situation.
6.do not bury your situation.
7.if you have problem in r/ship,.break it.

handle it...
1.scented candles,soft music and hot bath are great ways to relax after a hard day
2.herb also can help reduces stress
3.maditation or biofeedback training can be excellent way to control your body respon to stress..
